Melissa Geurts is a Canadian artist now living in Greenfield, Massachusetts, in a house older than the telephone. She makes intimate, distorted pop for the overstimulated: soft, static, a little broken in the best way.
Two albums so far: system crash (2025), which charted on Apple Music's electronic charts in the Netherlands and Senegal, and maintenance mode (2026), for the part after healing nobody talks about. Reviewed by Plastic Magazine, Rock the Pigeon, Soundville, AnalogueTrash, Obscure Sound and a few very kind French blogs. Remixed by Sails.
